HOW TO GET MORE CLIENTS BY LETTING PEOPLE BOOK A CALL WITH YOU

One of the easiest ways to get more clients is also one of the most overlooked.

People can’t buy from you if they don’t know how to talk to you.

And it still amazes me how many business owners don’t have a clear way for people to book a call with them.

Let’s be honest.

Sometimes people don’t need another social media post.

They don’t need another email.

They don’t need another webinar.

They just need a conversation.

When I first started my business, I offered free 15-minute discovery calls.

And do you know what happened?

I had a 100% conversion rate.

Not because I’m some magical sales wizard.

But because people finally got to speak to me.

They could ask questions.

They could explain their challenges.

And I could show them exactly how I could help.

That’s it.

The call wasn’t about selling.

It was about understanding.

Every call started with three simple questions:

  • What prompted you to book this call today?
  • What are you struggling with most right now?
  • What would an amazing outcome look like over the next 90 days?

Then I listened.

Really listened.

Because your prospects will tell you exactly what they need if you give them the space to talk.

At the end of the call, I simply explained:

✔️ What I could help them with

✔️ What I couldn’t help them with

✔️ The different ways we could work together

Low-ticket.

Mid-ticket.

High-ticket.

Simple.

No pressure.

No awkward sales tactics.

Just solutions.

One thing I strongly recommend is being very clear about your boundaries.

If you offer a free 15-minute strategy call, keep it to 15 minutes.

People respect professionals who respect their own time.

Now here’s where most business owners miss a huge opportunity.

Once your calendar is set up:

✔️ Put it on your website

✔️ Put it on your contact page

✔️ Create a dedicated “Book a Call” page

✔️ Add it to your email signature

✔️ Include it in your social media posts

✔️ Email your list regularly reminding them it’s available

Because people won’t book a call they don’t know exists.

And please don’t call everything “coaching.”

The word coaching can feel vague.

Instead, focus on outcomes.

Call it:

✔️ Strategy Session

✔️ Get-It-Done Session

✔️ Implementation Call

✔️ Planning Session

✔️ Business Growth Session

✔️ Marketing Audit

Tell people exactly what result they’ll walk away with.

People buy outcomes.

Not appointments.

One of the easiest pieces of marketing you can create is a weekly post that simply says:

“Need help with [your area of expertise]?

I offer free 15-minute discovery calls and paid implementation sessions to help you achieve [specific result].

Book here.”

Then schedule that same post every week.

Seriously.

That’s it.

Simple marketing often works best.

Because every booking is a conversation.

Every conversation is an opportunity.

And every opportunity has the potential to become a client.
