How to Create Your Black Friday Offer in Minutes, Not Months, Using AI as Your Co-Pilot (Prompts Included)

How to Create Your Black Friday Offer in Minutes, Not Months, Using AI as Your Co-Pilot (Prompts Included)

How to create your Black Friday offer using AI, prompts included, with Sarah Cordiner, business and AI educator

Quick answer: To create your Black Friday offer with AI: don’t discount something people already paid full price for. Instead, create a slightly different version of what you already have, like a bundle of your recordings and resources or a special one-on-one get-it-done session. Then use four prompts: one for your offer idea, one to build your three-step funnel, one to build your order fulfilment and abandoned cart workflows, and one to create and schedule your emails and social posts. Every prompt is below, ready to copy.

Updated November 2026.

TL;DR

  • Black Friday is a great time for a nice boost in sales, but it’s not for everybody, and you don’t have to join in.
  • Never just discount something you already sell at full price. Create a slightly different version instead.
  • Easy offers: bundle your existing recordings, workshops and resources, or create a special one to three hour get-it-done session.
  • This year, AI is your co-pilot. It can come up with the offer, build the funnel, build the workflows and promote it for you.
  • There are four copy-and-paste prompts below. None of them have square brackets to fill in, because your AI already knows you.
  • When your AI says it can’t do something, tell it, yes you can, try again.

Black Friday is nearly here (and you can be ready today)

It’s really come round very quick this year. Black Friday is at the end of this month, then Cyber Monday, then the whole Christmas and New Year period.

It’s an absolutely incredible time to do an offer if you wish to participate. People are reassessing their goals for next year and they’re actively looking for help to make a change. It’s not for everybody, but for those of you who want to put some kind of offer together, it can be a really nice boost in sales.

And here’s the exciting part. This is something that used to take days, even weeks, to prepare. I used to run whole workshops on it. Now, with AI as your co-pilot, you can come up with the idea, build it, automate it and promote it, literally today.

So in this post I’m going to take you all the way from your offer idea through to publishing it and promoting it, so you can have a big fat payday on Black Friday. The principles of my teaching are exactly the same as they’ve always been. What’s different is how we do it.

You don’t have to jump on this train. If Black Friday doesn’t work for you and your business, that’s fine. Back in 2019 I literally announced “Black Friday’s cancelled” for my membership, because it was already a great deal every single day. You can still participate in a way that suits you, or not at all.

Rule number one: never just discount something people already paid full price for

What I recommend every year, as I’ve always said, is never take something that’s already being sold at full price and just discount it.

Just discounting something that’s already been sold at full price is going to get the people who paid full price really upset with you, and it may even get you some refund requests. That’s obviously not what we want to achieve at this time of year, when things are already hard enough as it is.

The offer you make must not upset any existing customers. It must be different to whatever you sold at full price before.

So what we want to do is create a slightly different version of an offer we might already have, so that it’s really easy for us to put together. We don’t want to make any harder jobs for ourselves. Adding extra bonuses to things instead of discounting them is a very clever way to get more sales. Everyone’s a winner. Everyone’s happy.

I go deeper on this in how to create special offers without upsetting your paying customers and how to make Black Friday sales without discounting.

Easy Black Friday offer ideas using what you already have

Let me give you some examples of things I’ve done in the past.

Idea 1: Bundle what you’ve already created

Take any live stream recordings, webinars, courses, trainings, workshops and resources you’ve put out there over the year, and bundle them all up together into a special bundle. Sell that as a new offer.

For anyone who’s purchased from you before, maybe give them a coupon code so they get a little bit more of a discount on it, as a thank you for being an existing customer.

This is easy because you’re just taking stuff you’ve already got and making a little bundle. I’ve done this many times. Over the years I’ve run a Course Creators Bundle, a Course Sales Accelerator Bundle and a workshop recordings bundle, and one year it was 25 courses for $25. People love bundles.

The technical side: upload all of those resources to your portal on whatever platform you use. Go into Offers, create an offer, and bundle them. You can choose all of those resources and put them into one bundle. Then in your order fulfilment workflow, you simply grant access to that bundle as one of the steps. And don’t panic, because I’m going to show you how to get AI to do all of that for you.

Idea 2: Create a special one-on-one get-it-done session

You could create a special appointment with you. For instance, a special 90 minute strategy session. “In 90 minutes, we will get this done for you.”

For example, I could say, “I will set up your membership for you in a three hour call.” Or, “I will set up your whole GrokBot account for you in a three hour one-on-one call.”

What could you do that you could create a calendar appointment for, and say, “Here’s a really special offer. Here’s the thing we’re going to get done and finished together in this amount of time”? Do it on a one-on-one Zoom call, so you don’t even have to go and hire any rooms or anything.

AI tip: go into your Tekmatix account, click the Ask AI button at the top of your main menu, and say, “Go and create me a 90 minute calendar called the 90 Minute Set Up Your Claude Account appointment” (or whatever you want to call it). Ask AI will go and create the calendar for you and give you the link. Ta-da. Then you can say, “Cool, now go and build the funnel for me.”

Idea 3: Stack bonuses instead of cutting the price

This is called an offer stack. Keep your main product or event, then add a stack of relevant bonuses: templates, checklists, workshop recordings, ebooks, prompts, swipe files. The more bonuses you add, the more value and perceived value the offer has, and you don’t have to slash your price at all.

A really nice touch is to gift the new bonuses to your existing buyers first, so nobody feels left out.

Idea 4: Sell a smaller piece as a taster

Take one module, a sample, or the first step of something bigger, and sell just that part at a lower price. You’re essentially selling a taste. Then offer the full thing as an order bump at the checkout or in your follow-up emails.

What makes a Black Friday offer irresistible

Whatever offer you choose, these are the principles I’ve taught in my offer workshops for years. They still apply, and your AI will follow them if you tell it to (the prompts below already do).

  • Make the intangible tangible. To sell the intangible, we have to create the perception of tangible. Use 3D mock-up images of your digital products and show the whole stack in one picture. Pictures sell.
  • List everything that’s included. The more you break down what’s included, the more value people can see. For a course, list every module and lesson, not just the name.
  • Give things a great name. Instead of “a checklist”, it becomes a blueprint, a system or a pathway. It’s so cheesy, but it works.
  • Make it low ticket and high value. One clear, compelling outcome that makes it an absolute no-brainer.
  • Add an order bump. A small extra at checkout, such as another resource, a month of your membership or a special group call.
  • Use a real deadline. A countdown timer and a clear date the offer ends. If you extend it, be honest about why.
  • Never make false claims. Only state a value you can genuinely back up. We are ethical marketers.

And keep it simple. One offer, one sales page, one checkout and two workflows. Don’t overcomplicate it.

How it’s different this year: AI is your co-pilot

We don’t have to see this as a major job anymore. Now, with AI, you can just say, “Go make that for me. Go build it for me. Go create that for me. Go promote it for me. Write the emails for me. Do the social media content for me.”

And then you either sit and drink your pina colada, or you go and make even more stuff.

This year, for the first time ever, the whole thing comes down to four prompts. Use them in whichever AI knows you best, whether that’s ChatGPT, Claude, GrokBot or Ask AI inside Tekmatix. You’ll notice none of them have square brackets for you to fill in. That’s because most of you are using an AI that already knows you intimately. It knows your business, your audience, your products and your branding, so let it do the work.

How to create your Black Friday offer with AI in 4 prompts: your offer idea, your three-step funnel, your two workflows and your promotion

Using a brand new AI that doesn’t know you yet? Before you start, tell it about your business, who you help, what you’ve sold this year and where your brand colours and logo are, or give it your website. Then use the prompts exactly as they are.

Prompt 1: Come up with your irresistible offer idea

Start by getting some ideas. This prompt will give you a whole menu of offers, built from what you already have, so there’s minimum extra work for you.

Prompt to copy: your Black Friday offer ideas

Taking everything you already know about me, my business, my audience, my products, my services and my branding, I'd like your help with my Black Friday offer.

We've got Black Friday and Cyber Monday coming up, and obviously the Christmas and New Year period. Can you suggest 10 offers I could put together? They could include bundling together my existing resources, trainings, recordings, workshops, products or services, and/or creating a special one-on-one get-it-done appointment, anything from one hour to three hours on a private call with somebody, where we get something finished for them. Or other ideas, based on what you know that I do and who I help.

Here are my rules:
– Never just discount something I've already sold at full price. Each offer must be a slightly different version, a bundle, an offer stack with bonuses, or a new get-it-done session, so my existing customers never feel ripped off.
– Reuse and repackage what I already have, so there's minimum extra work for me.
– Make each offer low ticket but high value, with one clear, compelling outcome that makes it a no-brainer.
– Suggest a small order bump for the checkout for each one.
– Suggest a coupon idea to thank my existing customers.

For each offer, give me a catchy seasonal name in my brand voice, what's included, the bonus stack, the big outcome for my audience, a suggested price and a suggested order bump. Then tell me which one you think would be my biggest payday, and why.

Have a look through, pick your favourite (or mix a couple together), and then just say:

Love it. Let's go with that one. Can you go and launch all of that for me right now?

Prompt 2: Build your three-step funnel

Every offer needs a simple three-step funnel:

  1. The sales page. The promise, the pain point, the outcomes, the offer stack with images, the bonuses, FAQs, buy buttons and the deadline.
  2. The checkout. As simple as possible. The offer name, the price, the currency, the order bump and the buy button.
  3. The thank you page. Tells them what happens next and how to access what they just bought.

It doesn’t need to look perfect. It needs to work. Before your AI builds the funnel, it needs to set up the product, the offer and (if you’re doing a get-it-done session) the calendar. The prompt below covers all of it.

I do this on Tekmatix, but the prompt works on whatever platform you use. You can also go into AI Studio and say, “Build it for me there.”

Prompt to copy: build your three-step funnel

Taking everything you already know about me, my business, my audience and my branding, please now build the Black Friday offer we just chose, inside my business platform.

1. Set up the offer. Upload or find all of the resources that go into this offer in my portal, create the product and price for the checkout, then go into Offers, create a new offer and bundle all of those resources into it. If the offer includes a one-on-one get-it-done session, create the calendar appointment for it too, with the right length and my availability.

2. Build me a three-step funnel in my branding, using my brand colours, fonts, logo and voice:
– A sales page with the big promise, the pain point, the outcomes, the full offer stack with mock-up images and the genuine value of each item, the bonuses, FAQs, buy buttons near the top and bottom, and a countdown timer to the real offer deadline.
– A simple checkout with the offer name, price, currency, the order bump and the buy button.
– A thank you page that tells buyers exactly what happens next and how to access what they bought.

3. Add the SEO title, description and social sharing image, and make sure my tracking pixels are on every step.

Only use claims and values that are true for my business. Don't make anything up. When it's built, send me the preview links so I can check it before anything goes live.

Prompt 3: Build your two automated workflows

There are two automated workflows that should go with every single offer you ever sell:

  • The order fulfilment workflow. When someone pays, it tags them as a buyer, sends them a confirmation email and grants them access to the bundle or offer they bought (or sends them the booking link for their session). This is where that “grant access to the offer” step goes.
  • The abandoned cart workflow. When someone fills in the checkout but doesn’t buy, it waits a little while, checks whether they’ve purchased, and if they haven’t, sends them a friendly reminder with a link back to the sales page.

Without these, you’re either doing everything manually or leaving money on the table. Read more on how to automate your purchases and opt-ins and why you need automated follow-ups.

Prompt to copy: build your order fulfilment and abandoned cart workflows

Taking everything you already know about me, my business, my audience and my branding, please build the two automated workflows for my new Black Friday offer, inside my business platform.

Workflow 1: Order fulfilment
– Trigger: a successful payment for this offer only.
– Tag the contact as a buyer of this offer.
– Grant them access to the offer or bundle in my portal. If the offer includes a one-on-one session, send them the booking link for that calendar.
– Send a warm confirmation email in my brand voice and branding, with their login or access details and exactly what to do next.
– A few days later, send a check-in email to make sure they've logged in and started, and later, ask for a review or testimonial.

Workflow 2: Abandoned cart
– Trigger: someone submits their details on the checkout for this offer.
– Wait 20 minutes, then check whether they have the buyer tag.
– If they don't, tag them as an abandoned cart and send a friendly reminder email in my brand voice, with a link back to the sales page.
– If they still haven't bought, send one more reminder the day before the offer closes.
– Remove anyone from this workflow the moment they buy.

Use my existing email template and branding for every email. When both workflows are built, run a test purchase and a test abandoned checkout, then show me exactly what happened, before you switch anything on.

Prompt 4: Promote it (emails and social media, created and scheduled for you)

Unfortunately, marketing isn’t as easy as just publishing a page on the internet. People can’t get help from your thing if they don’t know it exists.

Ideally, you start promoting at least 30 days before your deadline, and six weeks is even better. For my big launches, I start 90 days ahead. If you’re reading this in November, don’t worry. Start today. That’s the beauty of having AI do the building and the scheduling for you.

Here’s the rhythm I recommend:

  • Email: at least once a week in the lead-up, an early access email for your list, then the day before Black Friday, about three times on Black Friday itself, a Cyber Monday email and a final hours reminder.
  • Social media: trust me, posting once a day is the bare minimum during a promotion. Share the link to your sales page every single time, with a countdown of how many days to go.
  • Only email people who’ve opted in to your mailing list, never your whole contact list.

If someone only sends me something once, I’ve forgotten about it. So did your audience. You cannot over-post. Now just tell your AI to do it all for you.

Want more on the emails themselves? Read how to create a launch email sequence.

Prompt to copy: create and schedule all of your emails and social posts

Taking everything you already know about me, my business, my audience, my brand voice and my branding, please now go inside my Tekmatix account and promote my new Black Friday offer.

Work out today's date and how many days we have until Black Friday and Cyber Monday this year, and plan the promotion around those dates and the real deadline for my offer.

Emails:
– Read my sales page and offer, then write the full email campaign to promote it, in my voice and using my existing email template and branding.
– Include an early access email for my list, at least one email a week in the lead-up, an email the day before Black Friday, three emails on Black Friday, a Cyber Monday email and a final hours email.
– Every email links to my sales page, and the subject lines are ones my audience will actually want to open.
– Create each one as an email campaign to my opted-in mailing list only, and schedule them all.

Social media:
– Create at least one post a day for every day of the promotion, for each of my connected social profiles, in my brand voice and branding.
– Every post includes the countdown of days to go, a clear call to action and the link to my sales page.
– Mix it up with offer stack images, sneak peeks of what's inside, behind-the-scenes, testimonials I already have, and short reels from my existing videos.
– Schedule them all in my Tekmatix social planner.

Before anything sends or posts, give me a table with every email and post, its date and time, and its copy, so I can approve it.

When your AI says “I can’t do that”

Now, your AI will always say to you at some point, “I can’t do that. I can’t access that. I’m not able to.”

You say, “Yes, you can. Yes, you can. Try again.” “Do you want me to log in to my platform for you? Let me log in to that for you. You can log in to it on my screen if you want.”

It will hallucinate and say it can’t do stuff. It absolutely can. Please don’t think you’re doing anything wrong when you see all of us going, “Oh, my AI did that for me,” and yours says it can’t. It can. I often have to remind mine that it can do it.

So just keep remembering. You’re just telling your AI what you want done, and you’re expecting it to go off and learn it, figure it out and make it happen.

Prompt to copy: when your AI says it can’t

Yes, you can. Please try again. If you need me to log in to my platform for you, or connect my account, tell me exactly what to click and I'll do it, then carry on and finish the job.

AI finally keeps up with my brain

One of the things I’m finding with having AI is that I finally have tools that can keep up with my brain.

I have all these things I want to get done, but the execution is so slow, and I get so bored with slowness. Slowness kills me. Very ADHD. Things have to move fast for me, or I just get bored and don’t know what I’m doing.

So now, every time I think, “I want to launch that. I want to put a blog post out about that. I want this put together. I want this actioned,” all I have to do is go for a walk, talk to my AI and say, “Go do it, please.”

That’s honestly what happened with this blog post. If you want to see how I work like that every day, read how my AI edited and uploaded my course videos while I just talked to it.

Your Black Friday offer checklist

  1. Decide if Black Friday is right for you this year. You don’t have to join in.
  2. Use Prompt 1 to get 10 offer ideas, and pick one. Remember: never just discount something people paid full price for.
  3. Use Prompt 2 to set up the offer, the calendar (if it’s a session) and the three-step funnel in your branding.
  4. Use Prompt 3 to build your order fulfilment and abandoned cart workflows, then test them.
  5. Check everything yourself: the links, the checkout, the access, the emails and the deadline.
  6. Use Prompt 4 to create and schedule all of your emails and social posts, and approve them.
  7. Publish, promote every day, and get ready for your payday.

Have fun, and as always, happy checking.

Frequently asked questions

Should I discount my course or program for Black Friday?

Not if people have already bought it at full price. Discounting something people paid full price for upsets them and can even bring in refund requests. Create a slightly different version instead, such as a bundle, an offer stack with bonuses, or a special get-it-done session.

What is a good Black Friday offer for a small business?

The easiest offers reuse what you already have: a bundle of your recordings, workshops, courses and resources, or a special one-on-one appointment of one to three hours where you get something finished for your client. Ask AI to suggest 10 offers based on everything it already knows about you.

Can AI really build my Black Friday funnel and workflows?

Yes. If your AI can access your platform, it can create the calendar, the offer, the three-step funnel (sales page, checkout and thank you page), the order fulfilment workflow and the abandoned cart workflow for you. You check it, test it and approve it before anything goes live.

What are the two workflows every offer needs?

An order fulfilment workflow, which tags the buyer, sends the confirmation and grants access to what they bought, and an abandoned cart workflow, which follows up with people who started the checkout but didn’t buy.

When should I start promoting my Black Friday offer?

Ideally at least 30 days before, and six weeks is even better. For big launches I start 90 days ahead. If you’re reading this close to Black Friday, start today. With AI doing the build and the scheduling, you can be ready in a day.

How often should I email and post about my offer?

Email your list at least once a week in the lead-up, then the day before, about three times on Black Friday itself, plus Cyber Monday and a final hours reminder. On social media, posting once a day is the bare minimum during a promotion.

What do I do if my AI says it can’t do something?

Tell it yes, it can, and to try again. Offer to log in to the platform for it, or let it work on your screen. AI often says it can’t do something that it absolutely can.

Do I need to fill in the prompts with my business details?

No. Every prompt here starts with taking everything your AI already knows about you, your business, your audience and your branding. Use them in the AI that knows you best. If you’re using a brand new AI, tell it about your business first.

A note from the founder

I didn't set out to start a software company. I started the toolbox I needed.

Founder and CEO, Tekmatix20+ years in businessPostgraduate qualified educator

After 20+ years in business and more than 280,000 students, I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant people with brilliant expertise, drowning in tech. Paying for ten tools, using two of them, and spending their evenings on YouTube trying to make them talk to each other.

So I put everything a business needs into one platform, then wrapped it in the thing I know best: education and support. Tekmatix runs my own websites, courses, funnels, emails and AI agents every single day. I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't use it.

Questions I get asked

Tech stack FAQs.

Still wondering if Tekmatix is right for you? Here are the straight answers.

What is Tekmatix?

Tekmatix is an all-in-one AI business platform. It brings your website, funnels, CRM, email marketing, bookings, payments, courses, memberships, communities, social media scheduling and AI agents together in one connected account, so everything talks to each other.

Do I need to be techy to use it?

No. Tekmatix was built for non-techie business owners. You get a free set-up call, 24/7 live chat, three free live training calls every weekday, a help centre, video tutorials and ready-made templates to get started.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Starter and Pro plans come with a 7-day free trial. The Max plan starts with a demo, so the team can make sure it's the right fit.

Can I pay in Australian dollars?

Yes. You can pay your subscription in AUD or USD. Usage charges for emails, SMS, calls and AI are pay-as-you-go and always billed in USD. See tekmatix.com/rebilling for rates.

Will my price go up as my list grows?

No. Starter and Pro include unlimited contacts, so your plan price doesn't increase as your business grows. You also get unlimited courses, students and staff users.

Can you move me off my current platforms?

Yes. Tekmatix Teksperts offer fixed-price migration and done-for-you set-up services, or can help you integrate the tools you want to keep. See tekmatix.com/services.

Can I run courses, memberships and communities in it?

Yes. Tekmatix was made especially for course creators, educators and coaches. Courses and memberships are included on every plan, and communities and certificates come with Pro and Max.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter suits most service businesses and solo experts. Pro is best if you run courses with a community, events, contracts or an affiliate program. Max is for people running more than one business or who want more AI and a monthly strategy call. Not sure? See all the Tekmatix features.
