Think About Your Kids (Or Someone You Love)

When your child is scared, you don’t say: “Go hide in a cupboard forever.”
You say: “It’s okay, you’re safe. I’m here.”

That’s how you need to treat yourself. Reassure yourself. Let the fear exist, but don’t let it drive the car.
