The most powerful way to use a smarter AI model isn’t always to create more stuff.

Sometimes it’s to improve everything you’ve already built.

New landing pages are exciting.

New apps are exciting.

New documents are exciting.

But before you start producing another mountain of content, ask yourself:

Could this stronger AI model improve the systems, skills and workflows I already use every day?

That is where I would start.

1️⃣ Audit Every AI Skill You Already Have

If you’ve been using Claude for a while, you’ve probably collected a growing list of skills.

Some may be brilliant.

Some may be outdated.

Some may overlap.

Some may have been created before Claude had access to newer information, connectors or stronger reasoning capabilities.

Ask Claude Fable 5 to review:

Every skill in your account

The source information feeding each skill

Any duplicated or conflicting instructions

Missing context or outdated information

Opportunities to improve the skill’s performance

But add one important instruction:

“Ask for my approval before changing anything.”

We want an intelligent audit.

Not an unsupervised renovation where Claude knocks down the digital walls while you’re making a cup of tea.

2️⃣ Turn Repeated Requests Into Reusable Skills

This is one of my favourite uses.

Ask Claude to review your previous conversations and identify anything you’ve requested repeatedly.

Maybe you often ask it to:

Write a particular type of email

Analyse a report

Create social media content

Review your calendar

Prepare a proposal

Summarise meeting notes

Prioritise your tasks

If you’ve asked for the same thing more than once, it may deserve to become a reusable skill.

That means you stop repeating the same instructions every week.

Your AI becomes better trained.

And your workflow becomes faster every time you use it.

3️⃣ Request One Final Recommendation Report

When you’re giving Claude a complex, multi-step task, ask it to provide one clear report at the end.

Request:

The problems it identified

The improvements it recommends

The skills it thinks should be updated

New skills it suggests creating

Anything requiring your approval

The expected benefit of each change

This saves you from scrolling backwards through an enormous conversation trying to remember what happened.

One clean report.

One approval process.

Much easier.

4️⃣ Use Claude Design for Ideas, But Build Strategically

Claude and other AI design tools can now create beautiful pages incredibly quickly.

That makes them excellent for:

Drafting a page layout

Exploring a new design

Creating a temporary page

Producing a visual prototype

Testing an idea quickly

But before publishing, ask yourself what the page needs to do.

Will you run ads to it?

Do you need CRM tracking?

Do you need conversion statistics?

Do you need Facebook or Google advertising pixels?

Do you want the traffic building authority on your own domain?

If the page matters commercially, I still prefer building the final version inside Tekmatix.

I may use AI to create the design and copy.

But I want the finished page connected to my CRM, analytics, automations and advertising systems.

5️⃣ Choose the Right Builder for the Job

Not every page needs the same level of infrastructure.

Use a quick AI-generated page when you need:

A temporary information page

A prototype

A simple visual asset

Something fast that doesn’t require detailed tracking

Use your Tekmatix funnels or website builder when you need:

Lead tracking

Customer activity data

Sales statistics

Advertising pixels

Automated workflows

Search indexing

Your own branded domain

Fast is useful.

But tracked, measurable and connected is usually more valuable.

6️⃣ Use AI Studio for Interactive Tools and Experiments

AI Studio can be brilliant for creating things such as:

Quizzes

Calculators

Simple apps

Interactive tools

Custom landing-page concepts

Lead-generation experiences

You can describe what you want in plain language and have the system begin building it for you.

For example, you could request a quiz that recommends whether somebody should create:

A course

A coaching program

A membership

A lead magnet

An in-person event

Then connect each result with the most relevant offer.

Just remember that newer AI builders may still have limitations when it comes to workflows, integrations and detailed tracking.

The shiny new option isn’t automatically the best operational option.

7️⃣ Upgrade Before You Expand

Before creating another ten skills, audit the ones you already have.

Before building another landing page, improve the page already converting well.

Before adding another tool, ask whether your current systems are being used properly.

Better doesn’t always mean more.

Sometimes better means:

Cleaner

Smarter

Better connected

More reusable

More measurable

More aligned with your business goals

The real power of AI isn’t simply creating endless output.

It’s building an increasingly intelligent business operating system that improves every time you use it.
