Why??? I’d ask….

I CARE about these people.

I CARE about whether people succeed or not.

And to succeed, they MUST develop personal agency, personal power, independence and confident autonomy.

As educators, leaders, influencers, change-makers and experts, we can only make an impact and live in our power, when we are helping other people to have all of theirs.
