This is where most people overcomplicate things and then… do nothing.

So let’s simplify it.

1️⃣ Do NOT Try to Create 365 Days of Content at Once

You don’t need a year’s worth of posts sitting there.

You need one week.

Five posts.
That’s it.

Momentum beats perfection every single time.

2️⃣ Stay in the Same Chat Thread

If you don’t already have a dedicated content bot, just stay in the same ChatGPT thread.

Then say something like:

“Please write social media post text for these three topics in my brand voice and style.”

Paste in your week’s worth of topic ideas.
Hit enter.

Done.

3️⃣ Edit. Always Edit.

This part matters.

Do not blindly copy and paste ChatGPT output.
Ever.

You want:

• your tone
• your rhythm
• your personality

So skim it.
Tweak it.
Make it sound like you.

That final human edit is what makes it land.

4️⃣ Paste It Into Your Content Sheet Properly

This is a small but important admin tip.

When you paste your post text into Google Sheets:

• click into the cell
• paste it into the top formula bar, not directly into the grid

If you paste straight into the grid, it’ll spill across rows and make a mess.

We don’t want chaos.
We want usable structure.

5️⃣ Don’t Worry About Perfect Formatting Yet

At this stage, the goal is simple:
Get the content in the sheet.

You can:

• wrap text
• adjust row height
• clean it up later

Right now, you just want something ready to work with when it’s time to schedule or film.

6️⃣ Mark What’s Been Scheduled

Once a post is scheduled or published, tick it off.

That way you can instantly see:

• what’s done
• what’s pending
• what still needs love

This removes mental load and decision fatigue.

7️⃣ Edit From the Top Bar

Little Google Sheets pro tip:

Do your editing in the top text bar.
It’s cleaner.
Easier.
Less fiddly.

That’s it.

Simple.
Repeatable.
Actually doable.
