Pick Your Hero Product (And Stop Confusing the Market)

Let’s make a decision today.

1️⃣ You Need One Hero Product

Pick one hero product and commit to it for the next 12 months.

Not five.
Not “a few things”.
One.

Because here’s the truth.

It takes at least 18 months of talking about your thing to a cold audience before they even understand what you do.

People are busy.
They are not watching you closely.
They are living their own lives.

2️⃣ Repetition Is Not Annoying, It’s Necessary

If you post about your hero product every single day for a year, you will feel repetitive.

Your audience will feel clarity.

That’s the difference.

Stick with it.
Post about it.
Teach around it.
Talk about it.
Anchor everything back to it.

Watch what happens.

3️⃣ Every Post Needs One Clear CTA

You must decide your one main call to action.

For me, it’s always the same:
Join the Legends Lab.

So no matter what I post about:

  • planning
  • organisation
  • tech
  • mindset

The CTA is consistent.

“If you want help with this, come and join the Legends Lab.”

That’s it.

4️⃣ If a Post Has No Purpose, Don’t Post It

Every post must do one of three things:

  • make them laugh
  • make them learn
  • make them buy

If it does none of those, it’s noise.

5️⃣ Decide What You Want to Be Known For

You don’t need to be everything.

You need to be known for one thing.

I’ve committed to being known as the tech, AI and automation training lady.

So people say:
“Oh yeah, you need to talk to her.”

That only happens through consistent visibility around one identity.

6️⃣ Referrals Come From Clarity

When people clearly understand:

  • what you do
  • who you help
  • how you help

They refer you.
Even if they’ve never bought from you.

Clarity creates referrals.

7️⃣ Drop the Perfection Act

You don’t need a script.
You don’t need to be polished.
You don’t need to be “professional”.

You need to be human.

Have conversations.
Share your thoughts.
Teach what you know.
Speak like a real person.

8️⃣ This Is Also Your Legacy

Imagine being able to see your great-grandparents’ social media.

Their life.
Their home.
Their routines.
Their voice.

One day, people will look back at your content and see you.

So stop overthinking it.

9️⃣ Share Your Life, Then Tell Them What to Do

Share your living.
Share your thinking.
Share your work.

Then put a damn call to action at the end.
