1️⃣ Identify Your OBT If you could only achieve one thing this year, what would it be? Whether it’s hitting a revenue target, growing your subscriber base, or securing a book deal, let this goal become your North Star.

2️⃣ Filter Your Tasks Look at your list of tasks and ask, “Does this move me towards my OBT?” If not, pop it into an Ideas for Later bucket. This keeps distractions at bay without losing valuable ideas.

3️⃣ Break it Down into 90-Day Goals Map out a few high-impact tasks each month that will dramatically move you closer to your OBT. Stick this list on your notebook or workspace as a visual reminder whenever “idea fireworks” hit!
