ChatGPT Work is here, and it completely changes what ChatGPT can do inside your business.

In this tutorial, I walk you through how to use ChatGPT Work, connect your business tools and start giving AI real tasks to complete for you.

You’ll see how to connect tools such as Google Drive, Gmail and Google Calendar, review the permissions you are granting, use plugins and ask ChatGPT Work to explain exactly how it can help you.

I also show you how I have organised my Claude Co-Work skills inside Google Drive so they can be transferred into ChatGPT Work without rebuilding everything from scratch.

How To Add ‘Skills’ To ChatGPT Work:

Simply go tp ‘Plugins’ > then ‘Skills’.

From there you can copy-paste links or text instructions from any skill you created elsewhere (like Claude CoWork) – or you can just get ChatGPT Work to create the skills for you via chatting what output you want and what tools you use.

Store Your ‘Skills’ Library Properly For Use in ALL Of Your AI

Instead of storing your business knowledge inside one AI platform, you can create one central source of truth that contains ALL of your skills.

In my ‘Claude CoWork Masterclass’, I share a ‘Skills Directory’ which is a single google sheet that lists all of my company skills, and a link to the skill instructions in Google Docs.

Then, all of my AI I use simply accesses the skill instructions from the Skills google folder – meaning I never have to ‘rebuild’ everything over and over again.

Here are just some examples of my AI Skills:

• Brand voice skills
• Visual branding skill
• Business information skill
• Blog-writing skill
• Sales page creator skill
• Terms and conditions expert skill
• Customer history gathering skill
• CFO report skill

• CMO report skill
• Daily CEO report and task prioritisation skill

You can then connect different AI tools to those files and keep your knowledge under your own control.
