Your brand is what your customers and prospects think and feel about you—based entirely on how you show up in the world. What they see (or don’t see) has a massive impact on your business.

Ask Yourself

How do you want your customers to see you?
What do you want them to think of you?
How do you want them to feel about you?

And most importantly—how can you be more of that every single day so it becomes an undeniable part of who you are?

If you want to be seen as a confident go-getter who gets things done, then you need to be that person. Your audience is watching. They’re deciding whether you’re the coach, consultant, or service provider they want in their corner.

If you’re being flaky, your brand is flaky.
If you’re not showing up consistently and demonstrating the results you can achieve, you won’t earn their trust—or their business.

To control how your market sees you, you must be and do exactly what you want your customers to see in you.

Live it.
Breathe it.
Demonstrate it.
Embody it.
Make it who you are.

When it comes time for customers to choose a service provider, they’ll choose you—because they’ve seen that you are who you say you are, consistently.

Remember:
Whatever you’re doing—or not doing—is your brand.
