Selling your training and consulting services to corporate clients is VERY different to marketing and sales in the public market.

Before you put pen to paper on a proposal, make sure that you have thoroughly investigated the organisations Strategic Plan or community commitments, then dive deep into how your training helps the organisation achieve those objectives and as many other micro and macro impacts that your training will have on the individuals involved, and the organisation as a whole.
