What Would I Do If I Was Starting My Business From Scratch – From a 7-Figure Start-Up Business Owner….

In one of my Legends Lab calls recently, I got asked… “If you had to start your business again in 2024, what would be the crucial things you’d focus on?”

I love this question!

As someone who has a very successful ‘old school’ business, AND as somebody who is still navigating a brand new ‘freshie’ start-up tech company, I can genuinely share my strategies.

Make Money Quickly: Money is fuel, and without it, you’re not going anywhere. Often, we get distracted by non-revenue generating tasks. Always ask yourself, “Is this task directly income-generating?” If not, save it for later.
Leverage Yourself as the Expert: You are the commodity. Create a special package offer that doesn’t require you to build ANYTHING, but can make you massive money FAST just from ‘rocking up’ and helping somebody.
Get in Front of Your Audience: Think life or death…. we always avoid uncomfortable stuff (and even the most extroverted of us would sometimes rather pull a tooth than go networking …) – BUT if your life depended on it, would that network meeting be THAT bad if it could get you a client that would save your bacon??? Stop being a sook and get out there. ..
