???? Reflect Today: Do you know your personal green frog signal? That moment when you realise you’re spiralling, shrinking, disconnecting? What do you do when it hits?

Here’s what I do—and maybe it’ll help you too:

1️⃣ Recognise the Signal
If I want to hide, isolate, cancel everything… that’s the alert. My mind might be yelling “retreat,” but my soul needs connection.

2️⃣ Force the Shift
I go have a shower. Wash the pits. Slap on some lipstick. And go be with people—even when it’s the last thing I feel like doing. That first smile, laugh, or chat reignites me every time.

3️⃣ Reconnect = Reignite
Confidence, joy, and motivation don’t magically appear in solitude. They come from connectedness. That’s why the moment you LEAST feel like showing up is the moment you MOST need to.

✨ The way out of the slump isn’t thinking your way out—it’s showing up anyway.
