Ever have that mad scramble right before you run an event, course, program or challenge?

You know, when you’re bashing the keyboard like a monkey opening a walnut trying to get all of the event descriptions written, the event published on Facebook, the cover images written, the social media posts created and allllll the stuffs…????

Today’s tip is a little (friendly) kick up the hoo-hah to start getting all of that stuff done right now for the next 3 MONTHS, so that you feel like an organised admin ninja – AND have a longer lead time to get sign-ups and attendees.

Write and pre-schedule all of the promotional social media posts and ads for your next 3 months worth of events, challenges and workshops.

You can use the native scheduler on Facebook, or a social media scheduling tool like Buffer to get all of your promotional posts loaded in advance.

Then write up your ad copy, create your ad images or videos and schedule your ads to release at the appropriate time.

This will stop the mad marketing scramble at the last minute and give you much more opportunity for sign-ups!

Plus you’ll feel like the Captain of ‘Squadron Organised’ – which is a pretty good feeling have!
