I’m going to say this gently… and then not so gently.

👉 Reflect Today: If you took 30 days off starting tomorrow, what would break first in your business?

Because here’s the truth most people avoid:

1️⃣ If You’re Not Comfortable Looking Like an Idiot, Business Will Be Hard
You’re going to post something and get trolled.
You’re going to launch something and cringe.
You’re going to get metaphorical pie in your face — often.

If you can’t be uncomfortable being seen as your full self, turned up louder, getting visible… getting in front of people will always feel hard.

2️⃣ The Goal Is Not to Be Needed — It’s to Be Free
I’ve just spent six weeks travelling the world, speaking on stages, running events.
I opened my laptop once — on the day I delivered a presentation.

Everything else kept running.

That’s not magic.
That’s systems.

3️⃣ You Must Identify Where You Are the Roman Pillar
Ask yourself this:
What am I holding up in my business right now?

If I disappeared for 30 days, what roof would come crashing down first?
That thing is your bottleneck.
That thing gets fixed first.

4️⃣ Everything Starts With a Proper SOP
A SOP is simply a clear, step-by-step instruction for how something is done.

You need SOPs for:

• customer complaints
• refunds
• discounts
• tech issues
• social media posting
• email replies
• onboarding
• offboarding
• emergencies

If it happens more than once, it needs a SOP.

5️⃣ Here’s the Gold Rule of SOPs
If a 10-year-old cannot follow your SOP, it’s not written properly.

This is not an insult to your team.
It’s leadership responsibility.

When things go wrong, 99.9% of the time it’s because we didn’t clearly define:

• what “done” looks like
• how to get to done
• how we would audit done

Clear instructions create consistent outcomes.

6️⃣ Once You Have a SOP, You Have Options
You can give it to:

• a human (so you can have one pina colada)
• a bot (so you can have two pina coladas)

SOPs are the foundation of scale.
Bots and AI are just the next layer.
