Today, I’m going to walk you through the exact steps you need to set up the tech behind your free or paid course, webinar, workshop or coaching program.

Whether you’re launching a juicy lead magnet, a one-off digital product, or a full-blown membership with all the trimmings, these tech steps are your magic keys to a smooth, sexy student experience.

So let’s dive in!

🎯 Tech Doesn’t Have to Be Terrifying

Before we go there—yes, I know that even hearing the word ‘tech’ can give some of us heart palpitations. But listen here: if you can follow a cake recipe, you can do this. We’re going step-by-step, and by the end of this little adventure, you’ll be clicking buttons like a pro, setting up workflows like a wizard, and automating your business like the legend you are.

🔧 The 3-Step Tech Setup for ANY Digital Offering

Let’s start with my simplified 3-step system that I use for both free and paid offers. Whether it’s a digital file, an online workshop, a self-study course, or a full-blown program, your tech journey comes down to this:

1. Create the Opt-In Form

This is where your future students tell you, “Yes please! I want in.” You build a simple form with fields like name and email address—nothing more unless absolutely necessary. Keep it simple. No need for birthdates, shoe sizes or star signs, alright?

Bonus tip: You can pop that form onto a standalone opt-in page or embed it on your sexy new sales page (more on that later).

2. Create the Product Placeholder

Now we’re getting saucy. The placeholder is where your content lives.
