Here’s the rhythm:
*copy your full task list
*paste it into your prioritisation bot
*get a new order
*update due dates
*execute

No drama. No spirals.

6️⃣ Mobile Capture Is Non-Negotiable
Ideas don’t happen when you’re at your desk.

They happen:
*in the car
*on a walk
*making lunch
*at the worst possible time

Use the mobile app to dump tasks instantly so your brain can let go.
Out of your head. Into the system.

7️⃣ One List = Mental Freedom
When all tasks live in one place:
*you stop feeling behind
*you stop second-guessing
*you stop wasting energy deciding what to do

You just do the next right thing.

Strategy → tasks → prioritisation → execution.

Rinse. Repeat.
