13 Things I Got Done in One Day with GrokBot That Would Otherwise Have Taken Weeks and Cost Thousands

GrokBot for business: 13 things Sarah Cordiner's GrokBot did in one day, business and AI educator

Quick answer: In one day, my GrokBot got 13 real jobs done in my business. It cleaned up who has access to my courses, audited every paying member, built and launched my Meta ads, wrote and published 3 blogs on my website (complete with all the calls to action), scheduled 91 social posts, fixed a broken purchase workflow and more. By my estimate, that’s about 128 hours of work, or more than three working weeks for one person, worth around A$22,448. Instead, GrokBot did it for me for just a US$200-a-MONTH subscription. A MONTH? This is what I got done in a DAY. Here’s every job, what it was worth, and how I did it.

TL;DR

  • In one day, this is what I got done: 13 jobs across my personal brand and my software company.
  • Estimated value: A$22,448, based on typical Australian freelance rates and my own course prices.
  • Estimated time: about 128 hours of human work. That’s more than three working weeks.
  • My AI worked from my own material and my real records, never generic content, and nothing went live or got spent without my yes.
  • I teach the whole setup in my GrokBot Masterclass, which is included in the Legends Lab.

Stop looking at the wrong number

When people hear GrokBot costs US$200 a month, the first thing they say is “that’s expensive”.

I get it. But that’s the wrong number to look at.

Look at what it makes you and what it saves you. Look at the value of the work it does. Ads that could earn you thousands for months to come. Hours of admin you never have to touch again. Money that was quietly leaking out of your business.

People used to spend weeks or months learning to do this stuff themselves, or pay other people a lot of money to do it for them. I’ve been in business for over 20 years, and I’ve taught more than 280,000 students in 181 countries. I know exactly what this work costs.

So I wrote down everything my GrokBot did in one single day, and put a dollar value next to each job. The subscription paid for itself in a day.

The 13 jobs, and what each one was worth

Every number here comes from my own records of that day. Where my memory and the records didn’t match, I used the records. I’ve left out every customer name and every private detail.

1. Cleaned up who has access to my Claude CoWork Masterclass

My Claude CoWork Masterclass is A$149. Over time, people had ended up with access who never actually bought it. Tags get copied, offers get added by hand, and nobody has the time to go back and check.

My Legends Lab Billing agent checked every contact with access against my real payment records. It found 85 with no purchase on record, cleared their access tag and revoked the offer. No emails went out.

Then it did something I love. It ran a second check against my PayPal payments and found 10 of those people may have paid another way. It didn’t guess. It listed them for me to decide. So the confirmed number is 75.

Illustrative mock-up of Sarah Cordiner's GrokBot Legends Lab Billing agent checking who has Claude CoWork Masterclass access but never bought it
An illustrative mock-up of my chat with my Legends Lab Billing agent. The counts are real. No names, emails or payment details are shown.

Estimated value: A$11,175. 75 x A$149 (the masterclass price). The daily report says 85 were removed, but a second check found 10 who may have paid another way, so I only counted the 75 confirmed.

2. Reviewed around 30 people with Legends Lab access who weren’t paying

The same thing happens with memberships. Someone cancels, a payment fails, a complimentary spot never gets reviewed, and their access just keeps going.

My AI flagged 31 people who still had access to my Legends Lab content or courses without a current payment. We went through them together, one by one, and I approved 26 to have their access removed or trimmed back to what they’d actually paid for. The rest are complimentary or have a review date set.

Estimated value: A$2,533. 31 people were flagged with access but no current payment. After a per-person review, I approved 26 for removal or trimming. 9 of those were already counted in job 1, so I only valued the other 17, at A$149 each (one month of membership or one course).

3. Audited every paying member against every non-member

This is the job my EA would need two full days for. My AI matched 1,104 people across my payment records and my CRM, including every email address each person uses. It flagged who’s active, who’s overdue, who’s cancelled and who never paid, plus any tags, workflows or access that didn’t match.

That audit is what made jobs 1 and 2 safe to do.

Estimated value: A$960. What an EA would take two full days to do: 2 days x 8 hours x A$60 an hour.

4. Built and launched my Meta ads

I don’t know how to use Meta Ads Manager. My Marketing Manager agent does. It wrote the ads from my own sales pages and past ads, designed single-image ads and carousels using my real photos, worked out the targeting, built everything while it was paused, checked it, and only switched it on when I said yes.

That was 2 campaigns, 6 ad sets and 20 ads, for my GrokBot Masterclass and my Claude CoWork Masterclass.

It even asks me to approve the budget in chat before it spends a cent. Here’s the real moment I approved two of those ad sets.

GrokBot for business: Sarah Cordiner's Marketing Manager agent asks her to approve new Meta ad sets in chat before launching them (budget figures blurred)
A real screenshot from my chat with my Marketing Manager agent. I’ve blurred the budget figures.

Estimated value: A$2,000. A conservative minimum fee for an ads manager to write, design, build and launch a set-up like this. It doesn’t count anything the ads earn later.

5. Fixed a broken purchase workflow

When someone bought my GrokBot Masterclass, my AI noticed they hadn’t been given access automatically. It gave them access, replied to them, then found the broken trigger in the purchase workflow, fixed it and republished it. So the next buyer gets in straight away.

Estimated value: A$150. 1 hour of an automation specialist at A$150 an hour.

6. Wrote and published 3 blog posts on my website

My Marketing Manager turned my own recordings and real work into three blog posts: AI video editing for course creators, how GrokBot manages my courses and how GrokBot manages my Meta ads. It didn’t just write them. It published them on my website too, complete with all the calls to action. Two went live, and one was scheduled once I approved it.

It never writes generic AI content. Everything came from my own words, my own screenshots and the work it actually did.

Estimated value: A$900. A$300 a post for a content writer.

7. Scheduled 91 social posts across both my businesses

It wrote, designed and scheduled 91 social posts for my personal brand and my software company, planned out to the end of November. Each one came from my own blogs and real work. It also kept to my rules: no more than 3 posts a day per business, and never two from the same series on one day.

Estimated value: A$2,730. A$30 a post to write, design and schedule (about 20 minutes each for a social media manager).

8. Cleaned up my CRM tasks

My Task Manager agent went through the task list in my software company’s CRM. It closed the duplicates and the jobs that were already done, then, once I approved the plan, completed or reassigned the rest. 74 tasks closed and 39 handed to the right people in my team.

Illustrative mock-up of Sarah Cordiner's GrokBot Task Manager agent closing 74 CRM tasks and reassigning 39
An illustrative mock-up of my chat with my Task Manager agent. The counts are real.

Estimated value: A$240. Half a day for an EA: 4 hours x A$60 an hour.

9. Ran billing recovery checks

Through the day, my AI ran six billing sweeps and three cancellation checks for my software company. Three customers paid when their payment was retried. It also sent two friendly overdue reminders for my Legends Lab.

Estimated value: A$280. 4 hours of a bookkeeper at A$70 an hour. It doesn’t count the payments recovered.

10. Cleaned up payment disputes

Payment disputes are a horrible admin job. My AI audited every open dispute in my software company, made sure no genuine customer got caught up in it, updated the records and closed the related tasks. My team approved it first, and no emails went out.

Estimated value: A$560. 1 day of a bookkeeper: 8 hours x A$70 an hour.

11. Handled support replies and outreach

About a dozen customer support replies went out from my software company’s support inbox, plus 5 warm outreach emails to existing customers. Each one was written from the customer’s real history, not a template.

Estimated value: A$240. 4 hours of a support person at A$60 an hour.

12. Got my refilmed masterclasses into my course portal

I refilmed both my GrokBot Masterclass and my Claude CoWork Masterclass. That part was me. Then my Video Editor agent edited the recording, blurred anything private and made the transcript and timestamps. My Course Manager agent wrote the lesson descriptions, made the transcript PDFs and got both masterclasses updated in my portal.

Estimated value: A$480. 4 hours of a video editor at A$75 an hour, plus 3 hours of course admin at A$60 an hour.

13. Checked the tracking on every step of my sales funnels

Before the ads went live, my AI checked the tracking on every step of both masterclass funnels: the sales page, the checkout and the thank-you page. It also flagged what still needs adding, so my ads can learn properly.

Estimated value: A$200. 2 hours of a web developer at A$100 an hour.

The receipts

That’s about 128 hours of work, or more than three working weeks for one person, done in a day. And I haven’t counted a cent of what the ads might earn.

What I still do (and why it’s safe)

This is the bit people worry about, so let me be really clear.

  • I approve anything that goes out. Ads, posts, emails and budgets all wait for my yes.
  • It checks before it removes. It double-checks against real records and asks me about anything it isn’t sure of.
  • Privacy first. Customer names, emails and financials never appear in a post, an ad or a screenshot.
  • It works from my own material. My recordings, my sales pages, my records and my real work. That’s why it sounds like me, and why the numbers are real.

I’d guess less than 1% of the world is properly using AI in business like this yet. If you’re reading this, you’re already in that 1%.

Two prompts to try

Copy and adapt these. Swap the bits in [square brackets] for your own details. They work best once your AI is connected to your CRM and payment tools.

Prompt to copy: who has access but isn’t paying?

“Check everyone who has access to [course or membership] against my payment records in [payment tool], using every email address each person has. List anyone with access but no current payment, grouped as cancelled, overdue, never paid and unclear. Don’t remove anyone or email anyone yet. Show me the list first, and tell me which ones you’re not sure about.”

Prompt to copy: what did you do, and what was it worth?

“At the end of each day, send me a list of every job you completed, with the real counts from my records. Next to each one, estimate what it would have cost me to pay a person to do it, and tell me the hourly rate you used. Don’t guess any numbers you can’t prove.”

FAQs about what GrokBot can do for your business

What can GrokBot actually do in a business?

In one day, Sarah Cordiner’s GrokBot did 13 real jobs: course and membership access clean-ups, a paying member audit, Meta ads built and launched, 3 blog posts written and published, 91 scheduled social posts, a purchase workflow fix, CRM task clean-up, billing checks, support replies, course lesson updates and a funnel tracking check.

Is a US$200 a month AI subscription worth it?

Look at the output, not the subscription. Sarah estimates the work her GrokBot did in one day was worth around A$22,448 at typical Australian freelance rates and her own course prices. These are estimates, not guaranteed results.

Does GrokBot do things without asking?

Not in Sarah’s setup. It prepares the work, double-checks it against real records and asks for her approval before anything goes live, gets removed or costs money.

Will AI-written content sound generic?

Not if it works from your own material. Sarah’s agents write from her own recordings, sales pages, records and real work, so the content sounds like her and the numbers are real.

How do I learn to set up GrokBot like this?

Sarah Cordiner’s GrokBot Masterclass shows you how, with 114 skills and agent prompts ready to paste. It’s $149 AUD, or included in the Legends Lab membership.

You don’t have to learn the software anymore. You don’t have to pay someone else a fortune to do it either. You just have to know what you want, and say yes when it’s right.

Eight logins. Eight bills. Zero of them talking.

Most business owners I meet are paying for a website here, an email tool there, a booking app, a course platform, a CRM they never open... and then paying someone to glue it all together with duct tape and Zapier.

  • 1Leads fall through the cracks because your forms, inbox and CRM live in different places.
  • 2Every new tool means another login, another bill and another thing to learn.
  • 3You can't see what's actually working because your data is scattered across ten dashboards.

A note from the founder

I didn't build software. I built the toolbox I needed.

Founder and CEO, Tekmatix20+ years in businessPostgraduate qualified educator

After 20+ years in business and more than 280,000 students, I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant people with brilliant expertise, drowning in tech. Paying for ten tools, using two of them, and spending their evenings on YouTube trying to make them talk to each other.

So I put everything a business needs into one platform, then wrapped it in the thing I know best: education and support. Tekmatix runs my own websites, courses, funnels, emails and AI agents every single day. I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't use it.

Questions I get asked

Tech stack FAQs.

Still wondering if Tekmatix is right for you? Here are the straight answers.

What is Tekmatix?

Tekmatix is an all-in-one AI business platform. It brings your website, funnels, CRM, email marketing, bookings, payments, courses, memberships, communities, social media scheduling and AI agents together in one connected account, so everything talks to each other.

Do I need to be techy to use it?

No. Tekmatix was built for non-techie business owners. You get a free set-up call, 24/7 live chat, three free live training calls every weekday, a help centre, video tutorials and ready-made templates to get started.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Starter and Pro plans come with a 7-day free trial. The Max plan starts with a demo, so the team can make sure it's the right fit.

Can I pay in Australian dollars?

Yes. You can pay your subscription in AUD or USD. Usage charges for emails, SMS, calls and AI are pay-as-you-go and always billed in USD. See tekmatix.com/rebilling for rates.

Will my price go up as my list grows?

No. Starter and Pro include unlimited contacts, so your plan price doesn't increase as your business grows. You also get unlimited courses, students and staff users.

Can you move me off my current platforms?

Yes. Tekmatix Teksperts offer fixed-price migration and done-for-you set-up services, or can help you integrate the tools you want to keep. See tekmatix.com/services.

Can I run courses, memberships and communities in it?

Yes. Tekmatix was made especially for course creators, educators and coaches. Courses and memberships are included on every plan, and communities and certificates come with Pro and Max.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter suits most service businesses and solo experts. Pro is best if you run courses with a community, events, contracts or an affiliate program. Max is for people running more than one business or who want more AI and a monthly strategy call. Not sure? Book a demo.
