Let me show you exactly how I stop myself spiralling.
Because left to my own devices?
I will chase bright shinies all week.

So here’s what I do every Sunday night or Monday morning.

1️⃣ I Brain Dump Everything
I manage my tasks inside Tekmatix.
Once a week, I copy and paste my entire to-do list.
Everything.

Into my Task Prioritisation Bot.
No filtering.
No editing.
Just dump it.

2️⃣ The Bot Reorders It Strategically

This isn’t a random tidy-up.
The bot has instructions to:

• Prioritise immediate cash flow
• Prioritise client delivery
• Identify medium-term revenue tasks
• Flag long-term growth tasks
• Highlight automation opportunities

And most importantly…
It checks everything against my strategic plan.
So it’s not just “what feels urgent”.
It’s “what aligns with where we’re going”.

3️⃣ Then I Reassign Due Dates
Once it spits out the new order…
I go back into Tekmatix.
And I manually change the due dates based on that new priority.

This takes about 15–20 minutes.
That’s it.
Now my entire week is reordered around revenue and strategy.

4️⃣ I Keep One Screen Open All Day

Because I know my brain.
One Tekmatix tab stays open.
Sorted by due date.
All I have to do is look at the top task.

No thinking.
No choosing.
No debating.

Just:
Do the next thing.

5️⃣ 60-Minute Sprints
I set a 60-minute timer.
I am only allowed to work on the task at the top of the list.

Not the fun one.
Not the creative one.
The top one.

When it’s done?
Tick.
Next task.

6️⃣ Why This Works

Because the hard thinking happens once per week.
Not every day.
I don’t wake up asking:

“What should I work on?”
I wake up asking:
“What’s next?”

That’s a massive difference.

7️⃣ Your Bot Should Be Ruthless

Mine is literally instructed to be:
A ruthless prioritisation partner.
Focused on cash flow.
Focused on delivery.
Focused on growth.
Focused on automation.

It’s not there to make me feel good.
