Here’s the simple habit that’s been a game-changer in my business (and sanity):

1️⃣ Sunday: Set Your “One Big Thing” Goals for the Week
Every single Sunday, I write down 3–5 tasks that align directly with my annual OBT (One Big Thing).
✅ One per weekday.
✅ Clear. Tangible. Aligned.
This keeps the week intentional, not chaotic.

2️⃣ Share It With Your Inner Circle
I’ve got a small Messenger group with trusted biz friends.
We share our goals every week.
And yes — we check in during the week and debrief on Fridays.
We call it: “The Board Meeting” 😏

3️⃣ Daily: Ask Yourself One Powerful Question
👉 If I could only do ONE thing today to move closer to my big goal, what would it be?
Then do that first.
Prioritise with purpose. Every. Single. Day.

4️⃣ Yes, I’m a Bit Woo — But It Works
Sharing your goals isn’t just practical. It’s energetic.
Putting your intentions out there amplifies them.
It helps you stay focused and magnetically aligned with your mission.
