Plan for Profit 2025: How To Structure, Price, Package and Sell Your Offers for Real Results

Welcome to your full-on, behind-the-scenes business strategy session with me, Sarah Cordiner. In this ultimate, step-by-step guide—taken directly from my Plan For Profit 2025 workshop—we’re diving into practical, profitable ways to design your offers, manage your finances, price properly, sell consistently, and systemise like a pro.

If you’re an entrepreneur, coach, course creator or consultant who’s ready to finally have more cash coming in than going out (hallelujah!), then buckle up. Here’s everything you need to do to make that happen in 2025.

1. First, Let’s Get Your Head in the Money Game

Money is just energy. There is more of it than any of us could ever spend. So the first thing we need to do is kick the scarcity stories to the kerb.

A mindset of “money is evil” or “rich people are bad” is literally blocking the flow of wealth into your business. You’re not a bad person for wanting to make money. You’re not greedy. Money in the hands of good people does good things.

Action step: Start visualising money like a warm, golden waterfall flowing over you, through you and out of you. You receive. You circulate. You prosper.

2. Set Up the Profit First Banking System

No more crying in your car over a surprise tax bill. The “Profit First” method literally saved my business and changed everything. Here’s the quick version:

  • Create 4 business bank accounts: Revenue, Tax Savings, Owner Profit, Operating Expenses.
  • Allocate every incoming payment across these accounts using set percentages (ask your accountant for exact rates).
  • Pay yourself FIRST.

Why? Because it stops you from accidentally spending what was meant for tax or forgetting to pay YOU.

3. Know Your Numbers: CAC & Delivery Costs

Your CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) is what it costs you to get a client.

Your Delivery Cost is how much it costs you to deliver your product or service.

Most people never calculate these—and then wonder why there’s no profit!

Action step: Add up your monthly spend on marketing and divide it by your number of clients. Then, calculate how much time, tech, tools and team it takes to deliver what you sold.

4. Raise Your Damn Prices!

Inflation has gone up 7%+ since 2022. If your prices haven’t, you’re already operating at a loss.

If you’re a coach or consultant with:

  • 3+ years experience = minimum $250/hr
  • 5+ years = $350/hr
  • 10+ years = $500/hr (and up!)

Action step: Review your rates TODAY—especially in your calendar bookings. Easy win.

5. Create Fixed Packages Instead of Custom Everything

Customised projects = high labour, high admin, unpredictable profit.

Fixed packages = streamlined delivery, repeatable SOPs, scalable services, higher conversion.

Action step: Use my “baby bear, mummy bear, daddy bear” method:

  • Small package: low cost, low access
  • Mid package: coaching + resources
  • Big package: done-for-you + consults + tech setup

This alone helped me save my business and rebuild after a $2.7M loss.

6. Use Bots and AI to Write Your Sales Page

Just input:

  • Title of your offer
  • Target audience
  • Key takeaways and bonuses

7. Automate Admin, Workflows & Onboarding

Every sale should trigger:

  • A welcome email
  • A project board task list
  • Onboarding forms or a course area
  • A calendar invite or access to services

8. Know Your Hero Product

You can sell multiple things, but you MUST have one main offer—your “OBT” (One Big Thing).

Is it your membership? A coaching package? A signature service?

9. Use Order Bumps & Upsells

Want more profit per sale? Add “order bumps” to your checkout pages.

Example: Selling a $97 course? Add a $9 workbook or a $29 mini-class at checkout.

More money, no extra effort.

10. Map Out Your Entire Year

Get 12 sheets of paper, label each with a month, and plan:

  • Holidays & downtime
  • Free lead-gen workshops
  • Launches & promos
  • Delivery windows

Then block this out in Google Calendar or Tekmatix. Plan to profit.

11. Plan Monthly Content Around Your Offers

If you’re launching a course on mindset in April, your March content should be about mindset.

Use AI to create content prompts. Batch film B-roll. Use reels, posts, blogs, emails. And remember: some visibility is better than none.

12. Sell Every Day

You are not the sun. You don’t get to take days off from showing up in your business.

Sales is simply sharing. It’s talking about what you love. “Hey, I’ve got this amazing thing coming up. Want in?”
