For 3 days, write down what you do every 15 minutes. You’ll be shocked how much time you spend on things you shouldn’t be touching. Time audit = game changer.

2️⃣ Delegate Anything That Doesn’t Require Your Face

3️⃣ Hire Your First Virtual Assistant (VA)
Start with a general VA who can do a bit of everything. Set your own hourly budget and post on Upwork for a “GHL/Tekmatix Expert.” You’ll be amazed who applies!

4️⃣ Automate the Money Tasks First
Outsource things that generate leads and sales before anything else. Social media, email marketing, setting up funnels – these are wage-paying, revenue-driving tasks!

5️⃣ Use the Dream Team Strategy
Don’t put all your biz eggs in one basket. Hire specialists (video editors, customer service, etc.) for specific jobs so you’re protected and efficient.
