I’m going to say this with love… and a little sass.

1️⃣ If You Say “I Don’t Know What to Post”… You’re Lying to Yourself

Not because you’re lazy.
But because the work is literally done for you now.

You just generated 365 content ideas in minutes.

That excuse? Gone.

2️⃣ Structure Turns Content Into Fun

This is why people hate content creation.
They’re staring at a blank screen with no plan.

Give yourself:

• a prompt
• a structure
• a system

And suddenly content becomes fun, not heavy.

3️⃣ Ideas Are Useless Unless You Use Them

Having ideas is cute.
Using them is what builds a business.

So now we move from:
“Wow, that’s cool”
to
“Where do these ideas live so they actually get used?”

4️⃣ Pick ONE Place for Your Ideas

One place.
Not five.

Because the second you have:

• some ideas in notes
• some in a Google Doc
• some in Trello
• some in your head

Nothing gets posted.

5️⃣ Your Idea Bank Must Be Frictionless

For me, it’s Trello.
Why? Because I’ve used it for 15 years.

I’m on the toilet.
I get an idea.
I dump it in Trello.

Done.

No thinking. No resistance.

6️⃣ Simple Beats Fancy

A Google Sheet works perfectly:

Column A: Topic / Question
Column B: Post copy
Column C: Published? ✔️

That’s it.

You do not need a complex system.
You need a system you’ll actually use.

7️⃣ Repurposing Is Not Cheating

It is 100% legal to reuse content.

I’ve been doing it for 20 years.

Nobody sees all your posts.
And the algorithm needs repetition anyway.

8️⃣ One Source of Truth = Consistency

When you sit down to create content, you should be able to say:
“What do I feel like sharing today?”

And scroll.

That’s it.

That’s how consistency happens.
