Let’s be honest.

Most business owners have absolutely no idea how many people they need to get in front of in order to hit their income goals.

Instead, they spend their days saying:

But they’re missing the most important question of all:

How many eyeballs do I actually need?

And once you understand the numbers, business becomes a lot less emotional.

First of all, let’s all agree on something.

The two are not mutually exclusive.

Now let’s get practical.

We all know that every dollar that enters our business comes from marketing.

No marketing.

The question is:

How much visibility do you actually need?

This is where most business owners get stuck.

They don’t know their numbers.

So every month becomes an emotional rollercoaster.

One month feels great.

The next month feels terrifying.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more customers.

Sometimes it’s better pricing.

I’ve seen business owners double, triple, and even quadruple their prices and immediately attract more buyers.

Why?

Because buying psychology is real.

Humans often associate higher prices with higher value.

Just like people happily pay thousands for a designer handbag that’s made from the same materials as a cheaper one.

Price creates perception.

Now, that’s not a licence to randomly increase your prices tomorrow.

But it is a reminder that sometimes we’re undercharging simply because we’re afraid.

And fear is a terrible pricing strategy.

The businesses that grow fastest tend to understand three things:

πŸ’œ Their visibility

πŸ’œ Their value

Get those three things right, and everything becomes easier.

So if you’re feeling frustrated about your revenue right now, stop asking:

“How do I make more money?”

And start asking:
