This matters more than most people realise.

1️⃣ Decide Who You Are Claiming to Be

I’ve committed, very deliberately, to being known as that tech, AI and automation training lady.

That’s the lane.
That’s the flag in the ground.

So ask yourself:
What do you want people to say when your name comes up?

“Oh, you need to talk to her.”
“He’s the guy for that.”
“She’s the one who helps with this.”

2️⃣ Clarity Creates Referrals (Even From Non-Buyers)

When it’s crystal clear what you do and who you help, people start referring you automatically.

Even if they’ve never bought from you.
Even if they barely know you.

Why?
Because your identity is easy to remember and easy to pass on.

Confusion kills referrals.
Clarity multiplies them.

3️⃣ Visibility Reinforces Identity

The more consistently you talk about your thing, the more people associate you with it.

Not because you’re loud.
But because you’re clear.

This is how reputations are built.
Quietly.
Over time.
Through repetition.

4️⃣ Stop Trying to Be “Professional”

Perfection is not trust-building.
Conversation is.

You don’t need a script.
You don’t need polish.
You don’t need to sound corporate.

You need to sound human.

Have a chat.
Share a thought.
Explain something the way you’d explain it to a friend.

5️⃣ This Is Self-Expression, Not Performance

I often think how incredible it would be to see my grandparents’ lives documented.

Their routines.
Their homes.
Their conversations.
Their ordinary days.

That’s what we’re creating now.
A digital record of who we are while we’re here.

We overthink it.
We overanalyse it.
We put way too much pressure on it.

It’s just life.
Shared.

6️⃣ You Are Allowed to Be Seen

You’re a human being on a spinning rock.
This is a temporary experience.

Share it.
Live it.
Document it.
