They’re typing things like:

  • “How do I stop my team from quitting?”

That’s the shift.

Your marketing should sound like your customer’s internal dialogue… not your course title.


3. The Content Strategy That Actually Works

Here’s the exact play:

  1. Use AI to generate 50+ real search queries your audience is asking
  2. For EACH one:
    • Write a blog post
    • Record a video
    • Turn it into social posts
  3. Link everything back to your offer

You’re not creating “content”…

You’re building a searchable ecosystem around your expertise.

This is how you dominate your niche over time.


4. Pages vs Posts (Most People Get This Wrong)

Quick clarity:

  • Pages = your core website structure
    (Home, About, Services, Contact)
  • Posts = your SEO engine
    (Blogs, articles, answers to questions)

If you’re not consistently publishing posts…

5. Stop Overcomplicating Your Tech

One of the biggest conversations in the session was around tools, AI, and building things faster.

Yes, we now have:

And they are AMAZING.

But here’s the truth:

Fancy tools don’t make you money. Systems do.

The fastest way to build anything right now?

  • Clone what you already have
  • Edit it
  • Publish it

Done.

Not:

  • Starting from scratch
  • Redesigning everything
  • Overthinking every detail

6. Turning Your Knowledge Into Online Income

If you’re already:

  • Speaking
  • Coaching
  • Training
  • Consulting

Then you already have everything you need to go online.

You do NOT need:

  • A perfectly filmed course
  • A fancy production setup
  • Weeks of preparation

You can start with:

A Zoom call.

Deliver it live.
Record it.
Sell it again.

That’s it.


7. The Simplicity Rule Most People Ignore

When it comes to:

  • Quizzes
  • Funnels
  • Lead capture

People LOVE to overcomplicate.

But here’s the reality:

If you just need information… use a form.

You don’t need:

  • 12-question quizzes
  • Complex scoring systems
  • Fancy logic trees

Sometimes the best strategy is simply:

“Tell me what you need… and I’ll help you.”


8. Blog Content That Actually Gets Found

If you’re writing blogs, this matters:

Structure is EVERYTHING.

  • Title = Heading 1 (H1)
  • Subheadings = Heading 2 (H2)
  • Sections = Heading 3 (H3)

And your subheadings should be:

The exact questions your audience is searching for

Then:

  • Add a video
  • Add images
  • Keep people on the page longer

Because:

9. Let’s Talk About “Being Professional”

This came up… and I loved it.

Someone asked:

“How do I balance being myself and being professional?”

Here’s my answer:

If you are not being yourself… you are not being professional.

Professional doesn’t mean:

  • Boring
  • Stiff
  • Filtered

It means:

  • Consistent
  • Clear
  • Authentic

Your brand is YOUR standard… not someone else’s expectation.


10. The Only Business Rule That Matters

At the end of the session, we came back to this:

Get their email address. Sell to them. Repeat.

Everything else…

  • SEO
  • AI
  • Funnels
  • Content
