1️⃣ Step One: Duplicate the Workflow Template

Go to Workflows → Search “Black” → Black Friday Order Confirmation.
Click the three dots → Duplicate.

✅ Always duplicate templates — that way, if something breaks, your clean master copy stays safe.

Open your copy to start editing.

2️⃣ Step Two: Set the Trigger

The trigger tells the system when to fire this workflow.

Choose Payment Received.
Then click Filter → Select Global Product → Is [Your Offer Name].
Add another filter: Payment Status → Is Successful.

Now your automation only activates when someone actually pays for your specific product.

3️⃣ Step Three: Automate the Admin

Here’s what each step in the workflow does:

• 🧹 Remove DND (Do Not Disturb): ensures buyers who previously unsubscribed still receive their confirmation email.
• 🔁 Update Customer Journey (Optional): moves them to your “Purchased” stage and updates sales stats and conversion tracking.
• ⭐ Add Points: increases their engagement score — great for identifying your VIPs later.
• 🛒 Remove from Abandoned Cart Sequence: stops them from getting “you forgot to buy” emails once they’ve purchased.
• 🏷 Tag Contacts:
  • “Purchased: [Offer Name]”
  • “Mailing List”

4️⃣ Step Four: Send the Confirmation Email

Edit the confirmation email step to suit your offer.

• Click the email → Save as New Template (so you don’t override the system one).
• Rename it (e.g., Black Friday Fulfillment Email).
• Add your message, product access links, or login details.
• Update the subject line and sender details.

💡 Optional: Add more follow-up emails by clicking Add Action → Wait → Send Email to nurture or upsell your new buyers.

5️⃣ Step Five: Grant Course Access Automatically

This is the most crucial step.

Add a new Action → Search “Course” → Grant Offer Access.
Select the course, bundle, or membership they purchased.

✅ This ensures instant fulfillment the second payment clears.

6️⃣ Step Six: Test & Publish

Before you go live:

• Double-check all links and product names.
• Press Publish (top right).
• Run a test purchase with a coupon or test mode to confirm the automation fires.
