Here’s what to consider:

✔️Agency vs. SaaS (or something in between) Do you want to provide hands-on services (agency) or sell a product that people use themselves (SaaS)? Agencies tend to be higher-touch, requiring more resources and personal attention, while SaaS is more hands-off once people have their login details. Decide what fits your goals.

✔️Low Price, High Volume vs. High Price, High Service Low price? You’ll be selling to the masses but offering less direct support. High price? You’ll work with fewer clients but provide a more personalized, resource-intensive service. Both models work, but the choice depends on what kind of interaction and investment you’re prepared to handle.

✔️Leverage Your Experience For me, launching my SaaS business was natural—I had a decade of experience working with other SaaS tools and understood the exact needs of my audience. The key? Speak the language of your niche and solve the problems you know exist. 🎯
