6 ways to get a quick cash injection in your business….

Business is tough, and there are certainly a lot of businesses struggling at the moment.

When cash is tight, there’s one thing that you should be focussed on above EVERYTHING else… and that is: GETTING MORE MONEY FAST.

Money is fuel in business – without it, you simply cannot continue to operate.

So with love….. if you are feeling tight on cash, you need to:

• take your head out of the sand,
• pull up your big-kid pants,
• STOP doing all the fluffy things,
• START SELLING HARDER

To many people have a tendency to hide under the proverbial ‘doona’ (as we say in Australia… aka, duvet/blanket), when things get tough.

When we feel hopeless and helpless (a common human reaction to lacking income), it is VERY normal for human beings to ‘give up’ and declare defeat.

But, this is your reminder to take a step back and apply a little more objective logic.

All a lack of income is showing us, is a lack of sales.

Put on the hat of a CEO….

What would you say or do with a team of people if you were the top CEO of a big company, if your monthly report fro the CFO showed a reduction in sales???

Would you say “right, everyone is fired, drop us from the stock exchange, we are declaring bankruptcy and shutting up shop!”????

NO.

Of course you wouldn’t!

You’d ask:

• why did this happen?
• where did we stop selling and marketing?

You’d do some analysis to see where the balls got dropped.

You’d initiate a plan to not only recover the LOST sales, but to ensure that we are back up in the green again next month.

A CEO of a top company wouldn’t FOLD in this situation – they’d RISE.

They’d GET TO WORK.
